Job Title: NDT Quality Test Specialist

Volt is seeking a highly skilled NDT Quality Test Specialist to join our team in Ridley Park, PA.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a qualified professional to advise on advanced technology in non-destructive instrumentation and inspection principles, processes, and techniques. The successful candidate will guide the implementation of advanced inspection or test techniques, develop innovative test processes and equipment, and consult with suppliers and customers to resolve technical issues.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Advises on advanced technology in non-destructive instrumentation and inspection principles, processes, and techniques.
  • Guides implementation of advanced inspection or test techniques.
  • Develops innovative test processes and equipment.
  • Consults suppliers and customers to resolve technical issues involving tests, processes, and equipment.
  • Develops principles and methods for analyzing test, inspection, or statistical data.
  • Consults on corrective action to resolve process or product anomalies.
  • Participates on enterprise and industry teams to influence the standardization and regulation of training and certification requirements.
Requirements:
  • Must be certified to Level III or II in accordance with NAS-410 in Ultrasonics.
  • Experience in composites.
  • Experience in ultrasonics.
  • Aerospace.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Microsoft Office.
Certifications:

Level II or Level III NAS-410 NDT; will be required to provide certification package.

Pay Range:

$35.00 to $40.00 per hour.

Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
