Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with the manager to enhance nursing practice, service administration, and patient care delivery
  • Assist with interview, selection, and supervision of nursing personnel
  • Rounds on patients, teammates, and physicians to gain insight into patient care, employee, and physician satisfaction
  • Delegates elements of care to appropriate healthcare workers in accordance with applicable legal or policy parameters
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this challenging role, you should possess:

  • Graduate from an accredited School of Nursing; current RN licensure in North Carolina
  • Minimum two years of nursing experience, preferably in a supervisory capacity
  • Previous management experience preferred; BSN required
  • BLS certification per policy guidelines

Estimated Salary Range

$85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience
