Aveanna's Private Duty nurses play a vital role in providing one-on-one care to patients in the comfort of their own homes. As a Private Duty Nurse LVN, you will work closely with our patients and their families to develop personalized care plans that meet their unique needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implementing physicians' prescribed plans of care
  • Conducting patient assessments and coordinating care
  • Administering prescribed medication, treatments, and therapies
  • Documenting care provided in our system of record
  • Providing health education and training to family members

Requirements:

  • Active, unencumbered license (RN/LPN/LVN) in the state of practice
  • Current CPR certification from American Red Cross or American Heart Association
  • TB skin test (current within last 12 months)
  • Six months prior hands-on nursing experience preferred
