Compensation:
$23 - $26 per hour, based on experience.
Work Schedule:
Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with overtime pay applicable after 40 hours. Weekend on-call duties may be required in exceptional cases.

Key Responsibilities:
- Adhere to safe job practices while repairing equipment
- Utilize technology (laptops and tablets) proficiently
- Conduct preventive maintenance and repairs on power generators, diesel engines, electrical distribution systems, HVAC systems, and oil-free air compressors
- Diagnose equipment failures both in the shop and at customer locations, executing necessary repairs
- Collaborate with other technicians to set up and operate equipment in various settings
- Assist in training junior technicians as required
- Maintain accurate documentation of work performed (work orders) in a timely manner
- Support the pick-up and delivery of equipment and parts
- Familiarity with OSHA regulations is preferred
- Participate in year-round company-provided OEM training
- Perform additional duties as assigned
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Ownership of tools relevant to the position
- Advanced mechanical skills and familiarity with tools
- Experience with power generators and/or commercial HVAC systems, including inspections, maintenance, and repairs
- Ability to calculate nominal and effective tonnage and/or kW requirements, along with proficiency in reading schematics
- Excellent customer service, teamwork, and communication skills (both verbal and written)
Education and Experience:
- High School diploma; Trade school certification is preferred
- Prior experience in equipment service, maintenance, and repair is advantageous
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to move, stand, stoop, and bend freely
- Capability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally
- This position is safety-sensitive, and employment offers are contingent upon passing a 10-panel drug screen.
