Position Overview

Salary: $120,000 - $130,000

Kettmann Machining, Inc. is a reputable organization specializing in the production of medical devices. We are currently seeking a skilled CNC Mill Programmer with experience in 5-axis machining. The successful candidate will collaborate effectively with engineers and machinists to develop high-quality programming that enhances the efficiency and precision of machined components.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Developing high-quality programs for shop floor personnel, ensuring minimal corrections are needed for producing conforming parts.
  • Creating setup documentation and tool lists for operational staff.
  • Assisting with setups as required.
  • Possessing a strong understanding of Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T).
  • Demonstrating familiarity with various materials, including aluminum, plastics, steels, and titanium.
  • Designing and constructing fixtures as necessary, along with creating and optimizing existing programs for enhanced efficiency.
Experience Requirements:
  • A minimum of 3 years of programming experience (a willingness to learn ESPRIT is essential; prior experience with ESPRIT is advantageous).
  • Strong computer programming capabilities.
  • Proficiency in GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerances).
  • Exceptional time management, planning, organizational, and communication skills.
