Job Overview

At MASS Precision, Inc., we are seeking a skilled Machining Programmer to join our team. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for producing mill and lathe programs using Mastercam and Esprit software.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement machining programs for a wide range of specialized production equipment.
  • Collaborate with engineers and production personnel to resolve machining problems and improve processes.
  • Provide training and support to other team members and assist management in departmental management.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest machining technologies and software to ensure optimal production efficiency.

Requirements:

  • 5-10 years of programming experience in CNC operations, including setups.
  • Experience with high-speed machining and a variety of materials.
  • Strong knowledge of Mastercam and Esprit software, with experience in CNC Vertical, 4-axis, and 5-axis Horizontal and Vertical Mills, and CNC lathes.
  • Ability to work as a team with a positive attitude and excellent communication skills.
