Job Summary

We are currently seeking skilled LPNs/LVNs to join our team in providing in-home healthcare services to veterans in Tennessee. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work independently, creating your own schedule that allows for flexibility and work-life balance.

You will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, promoting personal safety and a safe environment, and maintaining compliance with agency policies and procedures. We welcome new graduate nurses to apply, as we provide comprehensive training and support to ensure their success.

Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, wound care, and other interventions as needed
  • Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical and emotional needs, developing personalized care plans to meet those needs
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care coordination
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient progress and care provided
Requirements
  • Graduate of a state-approved school of professional nursing
  • Current, unrestricted license as an LPN/LVN in the state(s) of practice
  • New graduate nurses welcome to apply
  • Current CPR certification and TB test required
