We are seeking a skilled Physical Therapy Assistant to join our team at Creative Solutions in Healthcare - East.
Job SummaryThis is a full-time and PRN opportunity for a dedicated healthcare professional to provide exceptional care to our residents at Madisonville Care Center. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work with a dynamic team of professionals who share a commitment to delivering person-centered care and achieving positive outcomes.
Estimated Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience

Responsibilities- Administering medically prescribed physical therapy treatments to relieve pain, improve or restore function, and promote healing
- Providing skilled physical therapy services/interventions in accordance with physician orders under the supervision of a Physical Therapist
- Responding to requests for service by relaying information and referrals to Physical Therapist
- Implementing and modifying the patient's physical therapy plan of treatment with PT supervision
- Measuring & recording patient's motor function, strength, and muscle performance
- Monitoring patient response to treatment intervention and modifying treatment approach and directive as clinically appropriate with IDT collaboration
- Providing clinical support and education to patients, family members, and caregivers
- Ensuring documentation is completed thoroughly and timely and complies with all company and state/federal regulatory requirements
- Active/Valid Texas license as Physical Therapy Assistant
- In good standing with all regulatory agencies and licensing boards
- SNF/Long term care experience preferred
- Current knowledge of treatment practices
- Knowledge of Net Health Electronic Documentation System preferred
- Ability to manage patients with different types of personalities
