Job Responsibilities:
The Bilingual French Customer Service Representative will serve as the primary point of contact for our member florists, handling inquiries and providing assistance with:
- Billing inquiries
- Order confirmations
- Product and service requests
- Advertising orders and changes
- Technical support for equipment and services
- Additional customer service tasks as required
Qualifications:
To succeed in this role, candidates must possess:
- Fluency in both French and English
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently and make decisions
- Attention to detail
- 1-2 years of experience in customer service or call center environments
- Basic math and computer skills
- Typing proficiency of at least 25 words per minute
Working Environment:
This position may require flexibility in hours to accommodate business needs. Candidates should be prepared to work extended hours during peak times.
