Job Responsibilities:

The Bilingual French Customer Service Representative will serve as the primary point of contact for our member florists, handling inquiries and providing assistance with:

  • Billing inquiries
  • Order confirmations
  • Product and service requests
  • Advertising orders and changes
  • Technical support for equipment and services
  • Additional customer service tasks as required

Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, candidates must possess:

  • Fluency in both French and English
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to work independently and make decisions
  • Attention to detail
  • 1-2 years of experience in customer service or call center environments
  • Basic math and computer skills
  • Typing proficiency of at least 25 words per minute

Working Environment:
