Job Overview

As a Member Service Associate at Vail Resorts, you will be the face of our member services locations, providing exceptional guest service and acting as an ambassador to the My Epic Gear program. This role requires a commitment to delivering outstanding customer experiences, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team or independently.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional service to our members at our member services locations
  • Prepare and set up gear for upcoming My Epic Gear reservations
  • Conduct transactions at the front of house POS using various software programs
  • Ensure the general cleanliness and organization of member-facing areas
  • Assist with inventory control for My Epic Gear and retail products
  • Communicate member requests with other departments as needed
  • Assist in the movement of gear to and from member services to slopeside locations and tune shops
Requirements
  • Keen to learn new skills, open-minded, and able to adapt to changing situations
  • Excellent oral and written communication, organization, and administration skills
  • Ability to stand for 8 hours
  • Ability to lift 50 lbs.
  • Flexibility to work a varied schedule, including weekends and holidays
Compensation

The expected pay range for this position is $20.00 per hour. This is the pay range we reasonably expect to pay for this position. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.
