Key Responsibilities:

  1. Partner with key stakeholders to develop a comprehensive project plan and identify all the key milestones for project completion.
  2. Schedule and designate tasks to specific team members. Work closely with Engineering, QA, Dev Ops, Product Owners.
  3. Accountable and responsible for managing the complete lifecycle of IT Business Applications programs/projects from original concept through final implementation.
  4. Develop a detailed program/project execution plan and manage all phases of the project including projects financials, progress status tracking and reporting, monitoring scope creep, testing and release to production.
  5. Provide overall project management as per the governance model with regular team meetings.
  6. Managing issues and risk mitigation plan, change order process, readiness reviews and overall health of the program using best practices and methodologies.
  7. Expert in different project methodologies including Waterfall and Agile, leveraging the proper methodology as needed for the project.
  8. Facilitates team organization and ceremonies, such as sprint planning, daily standups, sprint reviews/demos, and retrospectives.
  9. Ensures full transparency with velocity, burn down/up reporting, and communicating team progress with value-focused metrics.
  10. Collaborates with Product Owner in backlog grooming.
  11. Apply consistency and best practices through project initiation, planning, and execution phases with a continuous improvement mindset.
  12. Participate in Architectural review sessions, drive governance across teams, help evolve processes to be more efficient, and influence decisions and directions on strategies.
  13. Use knowledge of systems like Salesforce and Zuora to understand the solution design of the projects.

Requirements:

  1. Requires a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, a related field, or a foreign equivalent. Must have 6 years of experience in job offered or related occupation.
  2. Must have 6 years of experience in Project Management; Scrum Master with practice of Scrum; Technical skills for Salesforce and Zuora systems; and Project Solution Design. Must have PMP Certification.
  3. Telecommuting work arrangement permitted: position may work in various unanticipated locations throughout the U.S.
