Position Overview:
As a Litigation Associate Attorney, you will take charge of civil defense litigation cases, overseeing them from inception to resolution. Your role will involve conducting legal research, drafting legal documents, and supporting trial activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee a portfolio of civil defense litigation cases
  • Perform legal research and provide analytical insights
  • Prepare for and execute depositions
  • Work collaboratively with senior attorneys to develop case strategies

Required Qualifications:

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited institution

  • Ability to work autonomously as well as part of a team
