About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Veterinary Receptionist to join our team at Animal Emergency & Specialty Hospital of Byron Center. As a key member of our front office team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and administrative support to our clients and veterinarians.

Responsibilities
  • Triage patients and assess their needs
  • Respond to client inquiries and provide information about our services
  • Manage patient records and maintain accurate and up-to-date information
  • Coordinate with veterinarians and other staff members to ensure seamless patient care
  • Provide administrative support to the front office team
Requirements
  • Previous experience in a veterinary reception or administrative role
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
  • Knowledge of veterinary medical terminology and procedures
