About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Veterinary Receptionist to join our team at Animal Emergency & Specialty Hospital of Byron Center. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional client care and ensuring a smooth patient flow.

Responsibilities
  • Triage patients and assess their needs
  • Respond to client inquiries and provide accurate information
  • Manage patient records and maintain accurate documentation
  • Collaborate with veterinarians and technicians to ensure seamless patient care
  • Provide exceptional customer service and maintain a positive attitude
Requirements
  • Previous veterinary reception experience preferred
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends
