Job Description

Purchase all OEM and remanufactured products for Drop Ship orders, as well as stock. Ensure that OEM stock is approved by the General Manager.

Provide customer service support regarding order status and inventory availability.

Receive drop ship items into stock in e-automatic, and verify customers' receipt of these products.

Evaluate and prioritize products to order independently based on customer needs.

Process returns of defective and unused products.

Maintain inventory levels on a daily basis.

Assist with quarterly inventory reconciliation.

Main responsibility includes maintaining an accurate inventory computer system.

Offer phone-based customer support services (new orders, service calls).

Verify margins are met in collaboration with GM and Sales Mgr.

Establish minimum warehouse levels for high-demand SKUs.

Collaborate with supervisor on purchasing-related issues.
