About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Kids Empire Host to join our team at KIDS EMPIRE. As a Kids Empire Host, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Attend to customers promptly, greeting them warmly and making them feel comfortable in our environment.
  • Operate the check-in process by having guests sign the liability waiver.
  • Assist with cash handling, receiving payments, and maintaining accurate records of all transactions.
  • Organize storage areas, including refrigerators, freezers, and shelves, to ensure a clean and well-maintained facility.
  • Regularly inspect the premises to identify any potential hazards or safety concerns and take corrective action as needed.
  • Clean and sanitize restrooms, as well as other park facilities, to maintain high standards of hygiene.
  • Perform opening and closing procedures, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

Requirements:

  • Must be able to stand, walk, bend, and twist frequently throughout the workday.
  • Frequent bilateral hand movements required.
  • Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds.
  • Good finger dexterity essential.
  • Comfortable working at heights and in tight spaces.
  • Able to tolerate a noisy environment with children and music.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Availability to work weekends and holidays.
  • Open availability a must.
  • Ability to maintain a positive attitude and work well under pressure.
  • Proficient in operating an iPad.
  • Excellent reading and writing skills in English.
