About the Role:

We are seeking a highly responsible and friendly individual to join our team as a Park Ambassador. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will be responsible for ensuring their experience is exceptional from start to finish.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure that the store is clean and organized at all times.">
• Assist cashiers during peak periods.">
• Manage the alarm system, including setting and disarming it.">
• Perform various tasks with families throughout the park to ensure their safety and satisfaction.">
• Monitor the park floor to identify any hazards or issues and address them promptly.">
• Clean restrooms and sanitize high-touch areas regularly.">
• Open and close the park according to schedule, following established procedures.">
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.">

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent required.">
• Ability to work weekends, holidays, and flexible schedules.">
• Must have open availability and a positive attitude.">
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.">
• Able to operate an iPad and maintain accurate records.">
• Familiarity with conflict resolution techniques.">
• Strong ability to multitask and work independently.">
• English language proficiency (reading, writing, and speaking).">

Salary Information:

The estimated salary range for this role is $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
