The salary for this position is $45,000 base plus commission, with bonuses and paid time off provided.

Job Description

This full-time Licensed Insurance Sales Professional role involves developing leads, scheduling appointments, and identifying customer needs. Responsibilities also include establishing customer relationships, providing prompt and friendly customer service, and following up with customers as needed.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Must live within 20 miles / 30 minutes of the agency and be able to commute into the office
  • FL 2-20 Resident General Lines license
  • FL 4-40 Resident Customer Representative license
  • Prior Customer Service and Property/Casualty experience preferred
  • Bilingual language skills preferred
  • Sales experience (outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing) preferred
  • Successful track record of meeting sales goals/quotas preferred
  • Excellent communication skills - written, verbal and listening
  • Self-motivated
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Ability to effectively relate to a customer
