Responsibilities

  • Provide counseling and therapy to patients and their families
  • Identify and connect patients with community resources to achieve their goals
Requirements
  • Master's Degree in Clinical Social Work (LCSW)
  • Current LCSW licensure in the state of California
  • Minimum one year experience in a rehabilitation setting
  • CPR certification
  • Ability to lift 50 pounds and perform physical demands of the job
