**Job Summary**

Ardurra is seeking a highly experienced Water / Wastewater Infrastructure Manager to lead our team in California. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for managing program management assignments for water/wastewater/recycled water/purified water treatment projects.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Manage program management services for water/wastewater/recycled water treatment and conveyance projects.
  • Execute multiple concurrent assignments efficiently, ensuring timely completion and high-quality results.
  • Lead teams to provide technical oversight, project management, and client interaction.
  • Apply industry standards, client standards, and requirements effectively.
  • Coordinate discretionary approvals for projects, which may require meetings with clients, contractors, utility companies, and reviewing and permitting governmental agencies.
  • Manage construction with a CM team and negotiate with design and construction professionals.

**Supervise and Mentor Young Professionals**

  • Mentor developing professionals to guide their career development objectives.
  • Provide technical guidance on design approach and challenges.
  • Perform on technically complex projects and act as a technical resource by providing guidance to other team members.
  • Recognize when technical problems develop and initiate guidance for corrective actions.
  • Conduct work in a safe manner and promote health and safety within the office and outside of the office while visiting clients and job sites.

**Operational Activities**

  • Track budgets and staff chargeability and utilization and manage staff accordingly to meet established metrics.
  • Manage subconsultants.
  • Oversee monthly billing and track accounts receivable for your programs/projects.
  • Provide leadership to your staff, including annual engagement process and annual and discretionary compensation management.

**Requirements**

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Civil, Mechanical, Chemical, or Civil/Environmental Engineering from an accredited institution.
  • Master of Science in Civil/Environmental, Mechanical, or Chemical Engineering from an accredited institution (preferred).
  • Licensed Professional Engineer in California or ability to attain within 6 months of employment.
  • Minimum of 15 years of experience in water/wastewater infrastructure projects.
  • Certified Construction Manager (CCM) license (a plus).

**Compensation**

$160,000 to $200,000/year (DOE)
