As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide direct clinical patient care and assume responsibility for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care on a per-shift basis.
Responsibilities- Assess and plan patient care to meet individual needs
- Implement and evaluate patient care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team
- Supervise and delegate tasks to nursing staff as needed
- Ensure high-quality, safe, and appropriate nursing care
- Support the Chief Nursing Officer (CNO) in ensuring competency of clinical staff and effective resource management
- Graduation from a state-approved school of nursing or an accredited school
- Current licensure, certification, or registration to practice as a registered nurse
- CPR certification
