Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Clinical Supervisor to join our team. As a Clinical Supervisor, you will be responsible for providing Multisystemic Therapy (MST) to youth ages 12 to 17 that display serious antisocial behaviors and are at-risk of placement out of the home due to their behaviors.

Responsibilities
  • Provide clinical supervision to a team of counselors, ensuring they have the necessary support and resources to deliver high-quality services.
  • Develop and implement treatment plans that address the complex needs of youth and their families.
  • Collaborate with other professionals, such as social workers, teachers, and law enforcement, to ensure a comprehensive approach to addressing the needs of youth and families.
  • Conduct regular assessments and evaluations to ensure the effectiveness of treatment plans and make adjustments as needed.
Qualifications
  • A Master's degree in a social services discipline is required.
  • At least one year of experience working with MST intensive in-home services is strongly preferred.
  • One year of experience in a clinical counseling or case management setting is required.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to lead and develop staff.
