About the Role

Raytheon is seeking a skilled Mechanical Engineer to join our RF team in Tucson, AZ. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing and developing innovative solutions for RF products, including antennas, RF Circuit Card Assemblies, radomes, and RF test equipment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement design solutions for RF products
  • Provide technical oversight and guidance to ensure compliance with requirements and regulations
  • Collaborate with customers and program leadership to define and refine requirements
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications and test plans

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in RF product design and development
  • Strong understanding of RF principles and design methodologies
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
  • Experience with CAD software and design tools
  • Knowledge of RF test and measurement techniques
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance
