Job Summary

The Housekeeping Associate at MCR Hotels is responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and maintenance of our hotel rooms and public areas. This role requires a strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

* Clean and prepare guest rooms, hallways, and public areas to the highest standards of cleanliness and quality.
* Restock guest supplies, cleaning supplies, and linen for housekeeping cart set-up.
* Remove all trash and dirty linen from guest rooms.
* Conduct deep cleaning activities as needed within the guest room in conjunction with the maintenance department.
* Interact with guests and team members in a friendly, service-oriented manner.

Requirements

* Must have a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
* Must have the ability to communicate effectively and clearly.
* Strong attention to detail.
* Physical ability to stand/walk the entire shift and perform repetitive motions.
* Ability to work well in stressful, high-pressure situations.
