Business Operations Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Administrative Services Associate to join our team at Maximus Auto Group. As an integral part of our organization, this role will be responsible for providing administrative support to our management team, ensuring the smooth operation of our business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional administrative support to the management team, including scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and coordinating travel arrangements.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, reports, and spreadsheets, utilizing tools such as Excel and Google Docs.
- Develop and implement efficient filing systems, ensuring easy access to documents and information.
- Assist with data entry, report preparation, and other administrative tasks as needed.
- Field phone calls, respond to emails, and greet visitors in a professional and courteous manner.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field, or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in administrative roles, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional organizational, communication, and time management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
Salary Range:$55,000 - $65,000 per annum, depending on experience.
