We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Dialysis Technician to join our team at US Renal Care. As a Dialysis Technician, you will play a critical role in providing high-quality patient care and ensuring the delivery of exceptional dialysis services.
Key Responsibilities- Provide safe and effective dialysis treatments to patients with renal failure
- Conduct pre- and post-treatment patient assessments and gather vital signs
- Initiate and terminate dialysis treatments, and monitor patients during treatment
- Collect and process patient blood samples as required
- Ensure the proper functioning of dialysis equipment and perform routine maintenance tasks
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans
- Participate in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date on the latest dialysis techniques and technologies
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous experience in healthcare, dialysis, or a related field preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lift and move patients as needed
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
