About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Dialysis Technician to join our team at US Renal Care. As a Dialysis Technician, you will play a critical role in providing high-quality patient care and ensuring the delivery of exceptional dialysis services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide safe and effective dialysis treatments to patients with renal failure
  • Conduct pre- and post-treatment patient assessments and gather vital signs
  • Initiate and terminate dialysis treatments, and monitor patients during treatment
  • Collect and process patient blood samples as required
  • Ensure the proper functioning of dialysis equipment and perform routine maintenance tasks
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date on the latest dialysis techniques and technologies
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Previous experience in healthcare, dialysis, or a related field preferred
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to lift and move patients as needed
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
