Key Responsibilities- Customer Service: Professionally handle incoming requests from customers, ensuring issues are resolved promptly and thoroughly.
- Order Processing: Efficiently gather customer information and document interactions through our ticket tracking application.
- Quality Assurance: Continuously evaluate and identify opportunities to drive process improvements that positively impact the customer's experience.
- Communication: Clearly communicate with customers, colleagues, and supervisors, both verbally and in writing.
- Problem Resolution: Receive, document, and resolve customer complaints, escalating to supervisors as needed.
- Education: High School diploma or GED equivalent.
- Experience: Prefer Customer Service experience of at least 1 year.
- Skills: Integrity, commitment to customer satisfaction, ability to quickly analyze information, and proficiency with computers and Excel workbooks.
We are a medical courier company that takes necessary precautions to protect our staff. We are a drug-free and felony-free work environment.
Benefits- Competitive Pay: $17.00 per hour.
- Full-time Opportunity: 2:00p-10:00p shifts available.
