Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Professionally handle incoming requests from customers, ensuring issues are resolved promptly and thoroughly.
  • Order Processing: Efficiently gather customer information and document interactions through our ticket tracking application.
  • Quality Assurance: Continuously evaluate and identify opportunities to drive process improvements that positively impact the customer's experience.
  • Communication: Clearly communicate with customers, colleagues, and supervisors, both verbally and in writing.
  • Problem Resolution: Receive, document, and resolve customer complaints, escalating to supervisors as needed.
Requirements
  • Education: High School diploma or GED equivalent.
  • Experience: Prefer Customer Service experience of at least 1 year.
  • Skills: Integrity, commitment to customer satisfaction, ability to quickly analyze information, and proficiency with computers and Excel workbooks.

Benefits
  • Competitive Pay: $17.00 per hour.
  • Full-time Opportunity: 2:00p-10:00p shifts available.
