Job Summary

The successful candidate will be responsible for establishing a positive work environment, ensuring employees have the necessary training and tools to perform their jobs, and monitoring production activities to meet quality requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish employee environment regarding communications, feedback, and overall guidance
  • Ensure assigned personnel have appropriate training, work instructions, and tools to successfully perform their jobs
  • Monitor Control Plans, troubleshoot workmanship problems, and supervise production activities to ensure manufactured products meet quality requirements
  • Administer employee policies, practices, procedures, and work rules
  • Monitor individual and line performance, take corrective action, and respond to complaints
  • Determine manufacturing and/or distribution priorities based on the production schedule and make daily assignments
Requirements
  • Excellent communicator and demonstrated leadership skills
  • Experience in a warehouse or manufacturing environment
  • Ability to work 3rd shift, including overtime, and be flexible with start times

Please note that the successful candidate must be open to working variable overtime and be willing to work a 10pm-6:30am shift, with the expectation of being on site before and after shifts.
