Job Overview

At Acro, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Production Supervisor to join our team. This is a critical role that requires strong leadership and communication skills to establish a positive work environment and ensure the success of our production activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish and maintain a positive employee environment through effective communication and feedback.
  • Ensure that assigned personnel have the necessary training, work instructions, and tools to perform their jobs successfully.
  • Monitor control plans, troubleshoot workmanship problems, and supervise production activities to ensure high-quality products.
  • Administer employee policies, practices, procedures, and work rules in accordance with company standards.
  • Monitor individual and line performance, take corrective action as needed, and respond to employee complaints.
  • Determine manufacturing and distribution priorities based on the production schedule and make daily assignments, including filling vacancies and assigning overtime.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Experience in a warehouse or manufacturing environment.
  • Ability to work variable overtime, including 3rd shift runs from 10pm to 6:30am.
