We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Shipping and Logistics Manager to join our team at Jet Recruiters. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement efficient shipping strategies to meet customer demands and reduce costs.
- Manage and coordinate with trucking brokers to negotiate rates and schedules.
- Ensure compliance with CDL (A) Driver rules and regulations as per FMCSA Parts 383 and 391.
- Monitor and analyze data to assess performance and implement improvements in quality, quantity, stock levels, delivery times, and transport costs.
- Identify and resolve shipping issues in a timely manner.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in warehouse management.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in warehouse management handling multiple shifts.
