As a key member of our team at Matthews Buses NY, the Warehouse Driver plays a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our distribution center. Key responsibilities include:

Receiving and Processing Freight: Receive incoming freight deliveries, inspecting items for damage and verifying quantities against delivery documents.

Inventory Management: Accurately record and maintain inventory levels, utilizing software programs to track and manage stock.

Order Fulfillment: Pull and fill orders from stock, conducting weekly bin checks to ensure accuracy and efficiency.

Customer Service: Provide exceptional service to both internal and external customers, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.

Vehicle Maintenance: Maintain company vehicles in a safe and clean condition, adhering to all relevant regulations and company policies.

Route Planning: Plan delivery routes on a daily basis, taking into account sales orders and customer requirements.

Communication: Effectively communicate with customers, colleagues, and management, utilizing strong interpersonal and time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
