  • Strategic Planning: Contribute to the development and execution of strategic plans to grow the aviation logistics division.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in operations management within the aviation or logistics industry.
  • Minimum of 7 years working in a multi/national focus; fast pace, high volume environment, strongly preferred.
  • Minimum of 7 years of relationship management experience required.
  • Proven track record in generating profitable revenue growth and retaining existing customers.
  • Ability to lead strategy for international and domestic RFQ's. All modes including customs brokerage and compliance services.
  • Skilled at business planning and diligent at measuring and communicating progress towards the plan, identifying roadblocks, while being solution oriented.
  • Excellent communication skills both written and oral skills, and the ability to make concise & compelling presentations.
