Project Quotation Analyst

Opportunity: The role involves managing project quotations as requested by clients, ensuring timely and efficient delivery. All project quotations must be completed at least 24 hours before the bidding process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and nurture relationships with clients, manufacturers, and external sales representatives as needed.
• Assess project specifications, architectural plans, and lighting fixture schedules to determine appropriate lighting materials that meet project goals.
• Deliver project quotations that are both efficient and competitive within the local market landscape.
• Generate quotations for both miscellaneous requests and specific project inquiries from clients.
• Exhibit a degree of creativity and flexibility in approach.
• Participate in product training sessions when available.
• Utilize independent judgment in decision-making processes.
• Provide detailed quotation breakdowns promptly.
• Gain a comprehensive understanding of SESCO Lighting's complete product range and its functionalities.
• Contribute ideas and collaborate with the team to foster overall company advancement.
• Perform additional tasks as assigned by the supervisor.

Required Skills:

• 2 to 4 years of experience in lighting and project quotations.
• General knowledge of lighting products, including controls and IoT-enabled devices.
• Ability to interpret and understand building and control schematics.
• Experience in creating and reviewing submittals.
• Strong mathematical skills are essential.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Proficiency in Word, Excel, internet research, and Outlook is required.
