Position Summary: The role involves managing project quotations as requested by clients, ensuring timely and efficient delivery. All quotations must be completed well in advance of the bidding process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and nurture relationships with clients, manufacturers, and external sales representatives as necessary.
• Assess project specifications, architectural plans, and lighting fixture schedules to determine the appropriate lighting bill of materials to meet project goals.
• Deliver project quotations that are both effective and competitive within the local market.
• Generate quotations for miscellaneous requests and specific project inquiries as needed.
• Demonstrate a degree of creativity and flexibility in approach.
• Participate in product training sessions when available.
• Utilize independent judgment in decision-making processes.
• Provide detailed quotation breakdowns promptly.
• Acquire knowledge of SESCO Lighting's comprehensive product range and its functionalities.
• Contribute ideas and collaborate with the team to foster overall company development.
• Perform additional tasks as assigned by the supervisor.

Required Qualifications:

• 2 to 4 years of experience in lighting and project quotation processes.
• General understanding of lighting products, controls, and IoT-enabled devices.
• Ability to interpret and comprehend building and control schematics.
• Experience in creating and reviewing submittals.
• Strong mathematical skills are essential.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Proficiency in Word, Excel, internet research, and Outlook is required.
