Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate individual to join our team as a Lead Infant Teacher at Early Learning Academies. As a key member of our educational community, you will play a vital role in shaping the future of young learners.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that cater to the unique needs of infants and toddlers.
  • Establish a nurturing and inclusive learning environment that promotes social, emotional, and cognitive growth.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless communication and a cohesive educational experience.
  • Monitor and assess student progress, making adjustments to instruction as needed.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in early childhood education.
Requirements
  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • 30 hours of merit training.
  • CDA, 20 ECE hours, or Associate's degree or higher required.
  • 2+ years of experience working with children.
  • Pediatric CPR certification or achieve within the first 3 months of employment.
  • Ability to clear a comprehensive state and federal criminal background check.
  • Meet all state, federal, and Early Learning Academies guidelines regarding education, experience, immunizations, employment physical, and required health and safety training and practices.
  • A valid driver's license if driving is a requirement of the position.
