Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse to join our pediatric medical/surgical team at Norton Healthcare. As a key member of our nursing staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and working collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to achieve optimal outcomes.

The estimated salary for this position is $83,500 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. Our comprehensive benefits package includes tuition assistance, relocation assistance, commuter program, return home program, employee referral bonus, and employee assistance program.

Job Responsibilities
  • Provide safe and effective patient care, focusing on customer satisfaction and quality outcomes.
  • Assist in maintaining a financially stable unit while promoting evidence-based practice and education.
  • Supervise licensed and non-licensed staff members.
  • Apply the caring processes of the Kristin M. Swanson Model of Care to assess, develop, implement, and evaluate the plan of care.
Qualifications
  • Diploma or Associate's degree in Nursing
  • Registered Nurse (IN) licensure
