Marketing Trainer Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Marketing Trainer to join our team at Wyndham Destinations. As a Marketing Trainer, you will be responsible for delivering marketing training programs to our marketing team members across the Southern California region.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and deliver training programs to ensure marketing team members have the necessary skills and knowledge to meet business objectives.
  • Partner with site marketing leadership and sales teams to ensure training programs meet and exceed budgeted marketing goals.
  • Provide weekly training sessions for underperforming associates and work shifts as needed to ensure tour flow expectations are met.
  • Collaborate with the site sales trainer to coordinate new tools, rollouts, and presentations to drive consistency in message from the marketer to the sales floor.
  • Ensure marketing team compliance with all required trainings and Quality Assurance Audit Standards.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of one year of successful marketing experience in Non-Owner and Owner marketing channels.
  • Proven track record with the ability to T.O. tours.
  • Strong working knowledge of all Wyndham Vacation Clubs, CW, WbW, Shell marketing programs, processes, and procedures.
  • Ability to deliver training to diverse groups of staff and communicate clearly and professionally.
