We are seeking a highly skilled Occupational Therapist to join our team at Cross Country Workforce Solutions Group. This is an excellent opportunity to work with a dynamic and growing company that specializes in PACE Programs, FQHCs/CHCs, and State Healthcare plans throughout the US.

Job Summary:

This position involves working as an Occupational Therapist in a fast-paced environment, providing high-quality care to patients with varying needs. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in occupational therapy, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team-based setting.

The successful candidate will be responsible for assessing participants' needs, developing and implementing treatment plans, and collaborating with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate participants referred by providers and administer treatment programs in collaboration with interdisciplinary teams
  • Complete assessments, progress notes, and discharge summaries according to departmental policy and procedure
  • Perform participant evaluations and treatment at designated sites or in the field
  • Maintain a clean, safe environment and follow safety protocols
  • Participate in developing participant care plans with other interdisciplinary team members and participate in care plan meetings
Requirements:
  • New York State licensure as a Registered Occupational Therapist
  • Successful completion of an Occupational Therapy program from an accredited university or equivalent
  • Minimum one year of experience as an Occupational Therapist and/or experience with the Geriatric population preferred
  • Ability to establish rapport with patients and staff
  • Ability to use all OT modalities/equipment
  • Knowledge of regulations, Care Compass, and other EMRs (preferred)
