We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at DaVita, a leading provider of dialysis services. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a critical role in delivering high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our organization.
About the PositionThis is a full-time variable schedule position, working Monday through Saturday, 3-4 days a week, with Sundays off. No dialysis experience is required, and we offer excellent paid training to support your growth and development.
Responsibilities- Deliver patient care in an empathetic and compassionate manner, working closely with patients and their families to understand their needs and preferences.
- Collaborate with a team of healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized treatment plans, leveraging your expertise and knowledge to ensure the best possible outcomes.
- Conduct patient observations, measure vital signs, and set up dialysis equipment, working closely with PCTs to ensure seamless care delivery.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives, contributing to the development and implementation of best practices and policies that enhance patient care and outcomes.
- Associate Degree in Nursing (A.D.N) from an accredited school of nursing, or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (B.S.N), or three-year diploma from an accredited diploma program.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
