Nurse Practitioner

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at DaVita, a leading provider of dialysis care. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care and making a meaningful difference in the lives of our patients and their families.

This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced outpatient dialysis setting, where you will have the chance to build meaningful relationships with patients and their families. As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing individualized care to patients with end-stage renal disease, working closely with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement treatment plans.

• Provide high-quality patient care, including administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and conducting patient assessments
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team
• Collaborate with patients and their families to educate them on their treatment options and promote self-care
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to ensure the highest level of patient care

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong foundation in nursing principles and practices, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills. A degree in nursing and current licensure are required. Experience in dialysis care is preferred but not necessary.
