Job Title: Bike Officer - Full Time

Agua Caliente Casinos is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Bike Officer to join our team. As a Bike Officer, you will be responsible for ensuring the security and safety of our guests, team members, cash, and physical assets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Patrol the casino and hotel grounds on a bicycle to detect and prevent potential security threats.
  • Escort and provide perimeter safety for the transfer of cash by armored service.
  • Perform first aid, CPR, and the use of the AED as required.
  • Work with local police, fire, and emergency medical teams as necessary.
  • Accept and record found property, and assist in locating lost property.
  • File reports for incidents not resolved.
  • Foster positive player/house relations.
  • Accept, record, and notify management of guest or employee complaints.
  • Remove individuals from the casino when directed by the General Manager or Security Management.
  • Makes lawful citizens arrests for violations of the State or Tribal Law.
  • Protect life and property through patrol and observation of the casino and hotel grounds.
  • Investigate and report criminal and non-criminal incidents.
  • Escort employees and customers to and from their vehicles, if requested.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Desirable to have experience in law enforcement, security, military, or current Guard Card.
  • Required to obtain a current CPR, AED, and First Aid Certificate.
  • Must be able to write clear and concise reports and communicate effectively in English.
  • Must have experience in radio, telephone communications, and dispatch.
Working Conditions:
  • Must be able to stand, move, and work throughout the office area and properties.
  • Must be able to work in a smoke-filled environment.
  • Must be able to work in a lighting subdued environment for extended periods.
  • Must be able to work in extreme weather conditions.
