Essential Qualifications:
  • Minimum age of 21 years
  • Possession of a valid driver's license
  • Ability to operate both manual and automatic vehicles
Leadership Requirements:
  • Demonstrated experience in team leadership.
  • Availability to work flexibly between 7 am and 7 pm.
  • Capability to drive vehicles with manual transmission.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and coordinate the flow of traffic.
  • Clearly communicate valet procedures and directions to guests.
  • Address and respond to inquiries from customers and team members effectively.
  • Monitor for illegal parking and ensure vehicles are stored promptly.
  • Engage with guests in a welcoming manner.
  • Assist guests with their luggage and belongings.
  • Collect and secure keys from guests.
  • Anticipate and communicate peak traffic times and potential lot issues.
  • Identify the need for additional support during busy periods.
  • Accurately manage and distribute the tip pool.
  • Process various valet payments securely.
  • Reconcile and report daily revenue accurately.
  • Project and manage currency and coin requirements, reordering as necessary.
  • Safely operate, park, and retrieve vehicles, adhering to all traffic laws and facility policies.
  • Work outdoors in varying weather conditions for extended periods.
  • Maintain a clean work environment free of debris.
This position is suitable for individuals entering or re-entering the workforce with limited experience and education.
