\Key Responsibilities

- Efficient Dispatching: Organize and dispatch service technicians and installation teams to customer locations, ensuring optimal routes and timely service completion.\
- Dynamic Scheduling: Monitor and adjust schedules as needed to accommodate urgent service requests and provide real-time support to field teams.\
- Communication Hub: Serve as the primary communication link between customers, technicians, and internal departments, facilitating updates and information exchange.\
- Resource Management: Allocate resources effectively, considering the complexity of jobs, technician skill sets, and geographic considerations.\
- Documentation and Compliance: Maintain accurate dispatch records and ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.\
- Additional responsibilities assigned by the manager.\
