As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing and directing occupational therapy services to patients, including assessment, treatment, program planning, and implementation.

- Function under physician's orders and maintain accurate and detailed records of patient progress.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
- Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical and cognitive abilities to identify areas for improvement.
- Develop and implement effective treatment plans to address patients' needs and goals.
- Monitor and evaluate patient progress, making adjustments to treatment plans as needed.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination.
- Associate's Degree in Occupational Therapy required.
- Successful completion of National Certification Examination for COTA required.
- Current, valid, and active license to practice as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant in the state of employment required.
- Current BLS certification from a Vibra-approved vendor required.
- One (1) year of experience preferred.
- Ability to project a professional image and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of regulatory standards and compliance requirements.
- Strong organizational, prioritizing, and analytical skills.
- Ability to make independent decisions when circumstances warrant.
- Working knowledge of computer and software applications used in job functions.
