As a Travel Nurse Director of Nursing, you will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day patient care, supervising and directing nurse staff, and reporting to the Director of Nursing to ensure quality patient care within a long-term care center, skilled nursing facility, or assisted living community.
Responsibilities:
Oversee day-to-day patient care and supervise nurse staff
Develop and implement nursing policies and procedures
Ensure compliance with federal and state regulatory standards
Collaborate with the Director of Nursing to achieve quality patient care goals
Provide leadership and guidance to nurse staff
Requirements:
RN licensure
Experience as a Director of Nursing or in a similar leadership role
Strong leadership and communication skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
