As our Leisure Sales Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth by cultivating relationships with key luxury travel agencies and partners.

The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the luxury hotel market, be comfortable meeting and exceeding revenue goals, and excel as an excellent communicator and negotiator. Key responsibilities include:

  • Generating transient business to support the hotel's leisure revenue goals
  • Building relationships with key luxury consortia accounts, including Virtuoso, AMEX, Signature, FHR, and others
  • Negotiating and servicing luxury FIT/wholesale accounts, as well as analyzing forecast, cost, and revenue reports to inform strategic decisions

With a minimum of 5 years' experience as a Hotel Sales Manager or Luxury Travel Advisor, you will bring influence and rapport-building skills to the table. Self-motivation, competitive spirit, and excellent presentation and communication skills are essential for success in this role.
