You will also assist our Guests and maintain ideal player conditions in the midway at all times.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver an unparalleled Guest experience through exceptional service and technical expertise.
  • Repair and maintain games, simulators, and technical equipment in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Assist Guests with all requests and answer questions as needed.
  • Ensure all games are clean and unobstructed, and properly position and set up displays to increase Guest traffic and promote sales.
  • Assist with general store maintenance and daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly game maintenance as directed by management.
  • Collaborate with other Team Members to foster a cooperative and harmonious working climate.
Requirements
  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Technical and/or electrical skills preferred, but not required.
  • Must demonstrate ability to clearly communicate with Guests and other Team Members.
  • Must be friendly and able to smile a lot while working days, nights, and/or weekends as required.
