- Perform and document pre-, intra-, and post-dialysis assessments, providing accurate and timely information to healthcare teams.
- Initiate, monitor, and terminate dialysis treatments according to established policies and procedures.
- Administer medications and blood products as ordered, ensuring accurate documentation and communication with healthcare teams.
- Collaborate with hospital and outpatient care teams to ensure seamless patient care and optimal outcomes.
- Current RN license in the state of New Jersey.
- At least six months of dialysis and/or critical care nursing experience, with a strong desire to provide exceptional patient care.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with a customer service mindset.
- Competitive hourly rate, ranging from $39.50 to $54.75, depending on experience.
- Up to 12 weeks of paid training with a preceptor, ensuring a smooth transition into the role.
