About the Role
Research Medical Center is seeking a skilled Cardiology RN Clinician to join our team. As a Cardiology RN Clinician, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our cardiovascular services.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans to optimize outcomes and maximize available resources.
- Create and maintain a sterile and safe surgical environment.
- Monitor patient vital signs, sedation levels, and physical/emotional well-being.
- Provide direct nursing care and supervise non-licensed nursing staff within the RN's scope of practice.
- Provide pre-and post-procedure patient education and emotional support.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing required.
- Current state nursing license required.
- ACLS certification required within 6 months of employment.
- Excellent interpersonal and team skills required.
- Basic computer knowledge preferred.
- Minimum of one year nursing experience in an ICU or ER setting required.
