Job Summary

Augusta Health is seeking a skilled Speech Therapist to join our team. As a Speech Therapist, you will be responsible for evaluating patients, developing treatment plans, and providing direct patient care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Evaluate patients to determine their communication and swallowing disorders
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to meet patient goals
  • Provide direct patient care, including therapy sessions and education
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care
  • Conduct administrative tasks, such as documentation and reporting
Requirements
  • Current licensure in the State of Virginia
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence from the American Speech Language and Hearing Association
  • Membership in a national professional organization
  • Two years of clinical experience preferred
